Job Summary:
The System Engineer II is a key member of the business technology SaaS and Deployment team.  That team works closely with our server and storage team, dealership field techs, and information security team to administer the enterprise end user computing management systems.  The primary role of this individual will be to coordinate and consistently deploy security patches across the enterprise.  Correcting vulnerabilities may variously involve the installation of a patch, a change in network security policy, reconfiguration of software, or educating users about social engineering.  Secondary tasks involve maintaining and troubleshooting all Software As Service (Office 365) and application deployment systems (SCCM, AirWatch, and In Tune) as well as maintain End User Computing Standards throughout the enterprise.






Essential Functions



Enterprise Information Security Services
                Vulnerability Management

•         Work closely with Information Security personnel to patch clients and EUC applications using SCCM and AirWatch

•         Work closely with vendors to meet and maintain minimum software baselines (e.g. Adobe, Flash, Java)
Policies and Procedures

•         Work closely with Information Security personnel to establish and maintain EUC policies and procedures
Incident Response

•         Assist during virus or malware incidents
Operational Security

•         Maintain security standards across the enterprise


End-User Computing Services
                O365 Cloud Administration

•         OneDrive, Skype for Business, and SharePoint
Application Publishing/Deployment

•         AirWatch Mobile Device Management – App Pushes
EUC Device Management

•         Mobile Device Management – iPhone/iPad

•         SCCM – Windows 7 & Windows 10

•         Gold Image creation and validation
SCCM Administration

•         Distribution Points (Site Servers)


Minimum Qualifications:

•         Undergraduate degree in technical or related field of study

•         Over 10 years of experience working in an IT admin based role

•         Previous EUC Administration - SCCM, MDM, and Master Image creation

•         Previous Office 365 Administration

•         Enterprise Mobility management

•         Active Directory - GPO, group and user management


Desired Experience:

•         Experience with SCCM

•         Experience with (IOS - iPhone and iPad)

•         Experience with enterprise wireless
