The Parts Clerical associate is responsible for picking up and delivering parts and for the carrying out of those jobs and/or assignments set forth by the department manager. This person will administer internal procedures and reports.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•    The Parts Clerical associate will be responsible for assisting in the day to day operations of the parts department. This position requires extensive use of the computer with keyboard use. Extensive use of math and accounting skills. Automotive mechanical or parts knowledge not required but helpful.
  •  Placing orders with Ford and other vendors
  • Printing packing slips and reports.
  • Checking in and receipting parts orders
  • Issuing and receipting purchase orders
  • Making the daily deposits
  • Filing parts paperwork
  • Help maintin an organized, safe and efficient work area.
  • File and process returns
  • Track and verify claims and credits
  • Help maintain inventory
  • Manage warrenty parts returns
  • Other duties as deemed necessary by the paerts manager for day operations.
Job Requirements
  • Knowledge of computers with extensive use various programs. The Parts Department Clerical position requires above average knowledge in both math and accounting.

 Parts Driver Qualifications:

•       High School Diploma.

•       All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.

•       All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.

•       All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver’s license.
