Purpose:



The Administrative Assistant is responsible to assist Regional Management with organizing or scheduling meetings / Gather data from several sources and consolidate / Analyze Data / Prepare reports or data in Microsoft Excel/ Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines  /  Must have great follow up skills.
 
This region comprises 12-dealerships and approximately 1,300 associates.
 
Duties:
Prepare, schedule and coordinate the following activities:

•         Daily Operating Control reviews

•         Demo report

•         Market Share reports

•         MOR Meetings/Action Plans

•         SOX reviews

•         Schedule Performance Reviews

•         Work paper reviews

•         Trend report review

•         Other duties as assigned


Requirements:
 
We are looking for someone with accounting and also analytical skills.  Although these are not requirements, they are preferred.  They must also be highly organized, detail oriented, a self-starter, and also be willing to occasionally travel to local dealerships as well as occasionally travel outside of NorCA for meetings/training.
 

•         The qualified applicant will be competent with: Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, ADP etc.

•         Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required as is the ability to work well without direct supervision.

•         The qualified applicant will maintain a professional personal appearance.

•         All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA

•         All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner

•         All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license
