Job Description
JOB LOCATION IS IN SIGNAL HILL, CA
$21.00 Per Hour with Quarterly Bonus Opportunity
Start date: January 9, 2025
Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm (30 min lunch) or 7:00am to 4:00pm (1hr lunch)
(The Admin Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $18.00 and $23.00)
The Human Resources Admin Assistant ensures that all personnel files are accounted for and complete. You will be working in our Associate Resource Center and be responsible for maintaining our files for 30 plus dealerships in the Southwest and Northern California Region. This is a very key position and requires extreme organization and patience. You will also have the opportunity to learn skills and training in other areas of HR.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Having a positive attitude is #1 & Team Player
- Organize all paperwork in each file; check for completeness
- Answer phones, emails, and assist other associates in the office with duties as requested.
- Maintain all personnel and medical files for 30 plus automotive dealerships.
- Provide administrative support to management, other departments and associates as needed
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications:
- Computer experience is required
- Human Resources Knowledge is a plus
- Self-motivated; able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize schedule. Able to work on your own and takes initiative
- Basic working knowledge of how to file
- Good interpersonal and oral communication skills. We have a small office setting and work closely with one another. The ability to be a team player and help where needed

- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license
