Pay is $22.00 per hour

The Document Specialist/F&I Assistant opportunity has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.  Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $22.00.

Job Description

The Automotive F&I (Finance & Insurance) Document Specialist is responsible for preparing deals to be sent to the Billing Clerk.

This is an entry level role in our dealership sales department, who will work in a customer facing role with our guests, assisting in signing sales documents and provide guest services or any additional items as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Submit paperwork to and obtain approval from finance sources on all finance deals.
  • Ensure that all required documentation is obtained and submitted to the finance source so that finance contract can be paid in a timely manner.
  • Assist with the final steps of the purchase process and celebrate with the guest.
  • Provide accurate and timely completed paperwork for successful processing.
  • Converting completed paperwork and documents to the business office.
  • Prioritize transactions and balance daily tasks.
  • Provide an unmatched guest experience and collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced retail environment.

Preferred:

·       Excellent customer facing experience and communication.

·       Attention to detail (a plus).

·       Ability to proficiently operate a computer/printer.

·       Automotive dealership or administrative experience (knowledge or F&I process).

Required:

·       May be required to work overtime and weekends.

·      Valid Drivers License and clean driving record.

·       All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.

·       All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.
