Receptionist Job Description
$15.00 per hour
(The Receptionist Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $15.00 / hour)
Purpose:
As a receptionist, you are often the first point of contact for our customers, whether in person or over the phone. Receptionists are expected to always maintain a courteous and professional attitude. One of the most important skills a receptionist needs is the ability to multitask between answering phone calls and assisting in-house customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer multi-line telephone system, determine caller’s needs and route to the appropriate department.
Greet guests and determine their needs
Maintain a positive and professional attitude
Have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Other miscellaneous duties as needed
Receiving and delivering mail
Ability to multitask proficiently
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Must be punctual
All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug test.
