Job Description

EchoPark Automotive is hiring a National Automotive Parts Director to support our reconditioning operations.  As an EchoPark Automotive Parts Director, you will be responsible for managing the inventory, personnel and processes of the parts team. If you’re a self-sufficient, resilient person who enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun environment, then we’re looking for you. 

What You Will Do :

  • Champion process improvement, waste reduction and people development
  • Increase efficiencies across teams and solve issues as they arise.
  • Be a subject matter expert on parts inventory and availability 
  • Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes, OSHA right-to-know, etc.

What We're Looking For : 

  • 10+ years of Automotive Parts Management
  • Required extensive experience with Coupa, CDK and CROI dealer applications
  • Ability to travel up to 70%
  • Experience managing multiple rooftops/dealerships
  • Experience reading and managing financial statements
  • Resilience, agile, and open to change
  • Great professional attitude and strong work ethic
  • Proven record in dealing with conflict resolution
  • Positive outlook
