Job Description
EchoPark Automotive is looking to find an Inventory Manager for our location in Thornton, CO. EchoPark Automotive is a pre-owned dealership brand which that excellent training, growth opportunity and a fun work environment. EchoPark Automotive is owned by Sonic Automotive, a Fortune 500 company (NYSE: SAH). At EchoPark, we only sell late-model, low-mileage vehicles with a transparent and simple process. The Inventory Manager will oversee the inventory process from start to finish by managing target inventory levels.
An EchoPark Automotive Inventory Manager will:
- Provide inventory fulfillment to outlying stores
- Maintain stocking levels
- Trigger and execute arbitration and transportation claims
- Manage wholesale units to include weekly log for visibility
- Provide feedback and analysis to purchasing team
- Conduct lot merchandising
- Deliver ongoing quality assurance for on lot vehicles
- Provide Inventory quality assurance (Aged inventory inspections)
- Reporting when needed, i.e. SIMS data, sales trends,

Desired Qualifications –
- Two plus years prior automotive industry experience
- Strong computer knowledge including spreadsheets, word processing, order entry, inventory systems
- Strong math, analytical and problem-solving skills required
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and follow up consistently
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to utilize our technology and stay current with our technology training
- Ability to take ownership of the details – large and small
- Decision making that demonstrates good judgment
- Have a general knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
- Have a clean motor vehicle record and clean criminal background record
