Job Description

Purpose:
The Parts Clerical Associate has front of the house responsibilities including assisting customers at the Parts Counter as well as back of the house responsibilities including receiving and shipping parts inventory. The Parts Clerical Associate is also responsible for the carrying out of jobs and/or assignments set forth by the department manager. This person will administer internal procedures and reports.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receiving Parts inventory
  • Processing shipments, cores, and warranty part return claims to Honda.
  • Restocking returned parts
  • Helps with Retail phone calls on the Front Counter
  • Interact with Customers at the Parts Front Counter.
  • Handles correspondence as directed by Department Manager.
  • Maintains an organized, safe, and efficient work area.
  • Helps maintain the professional appearance of the parts department.
  • Helps with stocking and posting orders when they arrive to expedite delivery to shop technicians and wholesale accounts.
  • Maintains professional appearance.
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·       High School Diploma.

·       All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.

·       All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.

·       All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver’s license.
