Duties and Responsibilities

• Help guests identify the right new or pre-owned vehicle based on their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.

• Deliver a personalized luxury sales experience while demonstrating vehicle features, technology, and performance.

• Conduct professional test drives and maintain strong Land Rover product knowledge.

• Guide guests through the purchase process while providing a transparent, customer-focused experience.

• Build long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up, referrals, and repeat business.

• Achieve individual and team sales goals while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

• 2–3 years of automotive sales experience preferred.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Customer-focused, competitive, and motivated to achieve sales goals.

• Previous experience in a commission- or quota-driven sales environment.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven luxury retail environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Employment Requirements

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.

• All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, and drug testing. 

(The Representative Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.  Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $17.  The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance.  The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.)
