Job Description

Salary: $35 - $55 / flat rate, based on experience and certifications
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, inspect, and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Perform work outlined on repair orders, including complex diagnostics and repairs, while maintaining quality and productivity expectations.
- Identify additional safety, maintenance, or repair needs and communicate findings clearly with the Service Advisor.
- Road-test vehicles as needed to verify repairs and ensure proper vehicle operation.
- Maintain accurate documentation of diagnostic findings, repairs, and parts used.
- Collaborate with Service Advisors, Parts, and other technicians to complete repairs efficiently and meet customer expectations.
- Support and mentor apprentice and developing technicians as assigned; share technical knowledge and best practices.
- Stay current on manufacturer training, technical bulletins, diagnostic procedures, safety requirements, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Master Technician Additional Responsibility
- Serve as a technical resource for the team by assisting with complex diagnostics, difficult repairs, and technical problem-solving.
- High CSI is a must.
- ASE or manufacturing training.
- High school diploma or the equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Manual dexterity.
- Good Judgment.
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
- All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.
