WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Welcome customers and create a personalized buying experience.
- Learn their needs and match them with the right vehicle.
- Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives.
- Become an expert on Volkswagen products, features, and technology.
- Guide customers through the entire sales process.
- Build relationships that create repeat and referral business.
- Follow up with customers and deliver an exceptional ownership experience.
- Work as part of a team to achieve individual and dealership goals.
- Use proven sales strategies to maximize every opportunity.
