Salary Range Annually:
$38k-$120k depending on sales
Job Description
Our Sales Professionals are responsible for selling vehicles and meeting dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by understanding each customer's vehicle needs through active listening and consultative questioning.
- Demonstrate vehicles, including test drives, and deliver vehicles while ensuring customers understand operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
- Establish personal income goals aligned with dealership productivity standards and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Maintain prospect development and owner follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Stay current with incoming inventory, features, accessories, and technological changes in vehicle products.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager, service department, and body shop to ensure vehicle reconditioning meets expectations and timelines.
- Understand federal, state, and local laws governing retail auto sales, vehicle equity, values, and depreciation.
- Attend all required sales meetings and training offered by the dealership and manufacturer.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any accidents to management.
- High school diploma or the equivalent.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Valid in-state driver’s license.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards.
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
- All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's license.
