Job Description
Are you an entry-level or early-career automotive technician looking for the opportunity to build your skills and earn more? We're looking for motivated technicians who have a solid foundation in automotive repair and want to develop into highly productive flat-rate Toyota technicians.
If you have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and take pride in doing quality work, we'll provide the training, support, and mentorship to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs according to Toyota standards.
- Complete oil changes, tire services, brakes, inspections, and basic diagnostics.
- Learn advanced diagnostic and repair procedures from experienced Toyota technicians.
- Accurately document repairs and maintain quality workmanship.
- Work efficiently while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
- Participate in Toyota training and certification programs.
- 1-3 years of automotive repair experience preferred (dealership experience is a plus but not required).
- Automotive trade school graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic diagnostic and repair skills.
- ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a desire to continue learning.
Additional requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.

Compensation/Benefits:
