Salary: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Technician to join our BMW Service Team. This entry-level position provides hands-on training and mentorship from experienced BMW technicians while developing the skills necessary to become a certified automotive technician.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist technicians with vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repair services.
  • Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections.
  • Learn to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and computerized vehicle systems under supervision.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Complete required brand training courses and development programs.
  • Properly use tools, equipment, and diagnostic systems according to dealership and manufacturer standards.
  • Follow all dealership policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Automotive vocational training or enrollment in an automotive technology program preferred.
  • Strong interest in automotive repair and vehicle technology.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Required:

  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug screening

Compensation:

  • $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
  • Based on qualifications

Schedule:

  • Full Time
  • Monday through Saturday availability
  • Sundays off
