Automotive Inventory Support Specialist in Henderson, NV at EchoPark Automotive

Job Description

EchoPark Automotive is hiring an Automotive Check-In Specialist for our dealership in Henderson NV.  As part of our reconditioning team, our teammates are involved in the movement and quality control of our pre-owned vehicles being prepared for sale.  Our 190-point mechanical and safety inspection with our thorough cosmetic reconditioning process ensures every vehicle is safe, clean and reliable.  The reconditioning team works quickly and collaboratively to produce consistent results.   

  What You’ll Do:    

• Ensure inventory is accurately tracked in internal systems
• Coordinate vehicle movement between departments and vendors
• Shuttle vehicles to and from dealerships, auto auctions, and other off-site locations
• Maintain organization and presentation of vehicles on the lot
• Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy
• Assist with locating vehicles and resolving discrepancies
• Support aging management and prioritize vehicles nearing deadlines
• Communicate with internal teams regarding inventory issues and status updates
• Help ensure all vehicles are frontline-ready and properly merchandised
• Participate in cross-training across departments such as check-in, FQC, Photo and Parts

What We’re Looking For:   

• No experience required, automotive background a plus   

• Able to work outside in all climates and conditions   

• Frequently walk the lot and move between departments
• Enter and exit vehicles repeatedly throughout the day
• Lift up to 25 pounds as needed
