Salary: $23.00/ hour, based on experience

(The Service Secretary position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.  Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $23.00/hr.)

Job Description

The Service Secretary is responsible for managing and dispatching the workflow through the technician shop from the service advisors on the service drive. Technician tracking reports and other tasks will be included in the duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

File and scan documents to maintain accurate and organized records

Efficiently collect ROs from service drive

Close repair orders (ROs) in a timely and accurate manner

Process extended warranty payments according to company procedures

Provide phone coverage and assist with incoming calls as needed

Support general administrative and front desk operations

·       Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.

  

·       High school diploma or the equivalent.

·       Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

·       Two years of experience in a dealership position.

·       General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.

·       ASE certification preferred.

·       Sales experience preferred.

·       Professional personal appearance.

·       Excellent oral and written communication skills.
