Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Automotive Technician to join our service team! We are seeking motivated technicians who take pride in their work and are committed to delivering high-quality vehicle repairs while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair vehicles according to manufacturer and dealership standards
Perform maintenance and repair services including engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, and brake systems
Conduct vehicle inspections and identify additional service needs
Complete repairs efficiently in a flat-rate environment
Accurately document work performed on repair orders
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Work closely with service advisors and parts departments to ensure timely repairs
At least 2+ years of automotive technician experience in a dealership setting.
ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate pay structure.
Experience with diagnostic tools and service equipment.
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Required:
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.
Compensation:
- $30.00 to $40.00 per flat rate hour
- Based on qualifications

- Full Time
- Monday through Sunday availability
