Job Description
- Work alongside our Service Advisors to assist customers with their service needs.
- Opportunity to learn multiple facets of our service business and opportunity for advancement
- Assist customers during rental car process, preparing vehicles, and during transaction process.
- Aid staff in handling escalated customer needs.
- Maintain and adhere to rental policies and procedures
