Job Description

Summary:

The Mobile Service Coordinator will coordinate all aspects of our Mobile Service Van operations, ensuring customers receive convenient, high-quality service without visiting the dealership. This role involves scheduling mobile appointments, communicating with customers, and supporting technicians in the field. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and customer-focused, with a passion for delivering a premium service experience on the go.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the Mobile Service Van, including appointment scheduling, routing, and service coordination.
  • Contact customers to promote and schedule mobile service visits.
  • Communicate repair needs, costs, and timing with both customers and technicians.
  • Track and follow up on mobile service appointments to ensure satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with the Service Manager and Technicians to plan routes and service priorities.
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, completed work, and parts usage.
  • Support marketing efforts to grow awareness of the Mobile Service program.
  • 2+ years of experience in automotive service advising
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with dealership management systems and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background, drug test, and MVR).
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Compensation (Draw / Commission):

  • Performance-based earnings range: $65,000 - $95,000+ / year
    • Actual earnings depend on performance. High-performing sales professionals who consistently meet and exceed store and corporate goals often earn well above this range.

  • FULL TIME
