Purpose:
Buckle up for an exciting ride as our Parts Counterperson! You'll be the driving force behind our retail parts sales, keeping our customers' engines purring and their rides looking sharp.
Your Thrilling Adventure Awaits:
• Be the superhero for walk-in customers, guiding them through our parts paradise and suggesting companion gadgets that'll make their cars the talk of the town!
• Channel your inner detective to locate elusive parts. If they're not in stock, use your magic wand (aka computer) to summon them from afar!
• Become the phone whisperer, dazzling customers with your encyclopedic knowledge of prices and parts. Be the trusty sidekick to our outside sales crusaders!
• Play Tetris with orders, ensuring they're perfectly packed for shipment, delivery, or pickup. No squished parts on your watch!
• Embrace your inner Marie Kondo and declutter those "will call" and "back order" files. If it doesn't spark joy (or isn't needed), say goodbye!
• Be the Yoda to our service Jedis, helping them choose the perfect parts for their repair quests.
