Job Description
Black Hills Harley-Davidson is looking to hire an Accounting Specialist to handle a wide variety of responsibilities. While the primary focus of this role is processing payroll, managing timecards and performing account reconciliations, you’ll also have the opportunity to support other areas of our accounting team.
We work as a team and you may also assist with daily bank reconciliation, preparing deposits, posting sales deals, physical inventories and a variety of other tasks as needed. Considering the variety of responsibilities, the successful candidate will be highly organized, able to set priorities and effectively manage their time to meet deadlines.

What we are looking for:
- Minimum two years prior dealership or Powersports experience. Prior experience in calculating and posting commissions and bonuses is preferred.
- Lightspeed DMS experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent Microsoft Office computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic accounting concepts, specifically account reconciliations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Due to the confidential nature of the payroll and employee records, a high level of discretion and integrity is required in this role.
- Due to the extreme seasonal nature of our business, during the rally season, you must be flexible in your hours and availability.
