Job Description

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide clear, honest, and transparent options to empower guests to make confident vehicle decisions
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver a best-in-class experience for all guests—whether they’re ready to purchase or just exploring options
  • Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and warmth, helping them identify their needs and recommending appropriate vehicles
  • Actively listen and ask thoughtful questions to fully understand each customer’s preferences
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and performance, including coordinating test drives
  • Respond promptly and professionally to online and phone inquiries
  • Stay informed on incoming inventory, features, and benefits to confidently guide guests
  • Partner with the service department and body shop to ensure vehicles are fully reconditioned on schedule
  • Facilitate a smooth, transparent negotiation and sales process that builds trust
  • Deliver vehicles with care, ensuring the customer understands all features, warranty details, and documentation
  • Introduce new vehicle owners to service personnel to reinforce ongoing support
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and cultivate loyalty
  • Support the sales process end-to-end, including administrative tasks and vehicle logistics
  • Consistently reflect on performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and enhance productivity

 

 

What You’ll Need:

  • A customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
  • Familiarity with automotive industry terminology and a willingness to stay current on evolving technology
  • Ability to explain equity, trade-in values, and depreciation to customers
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to retail auto sales
  • Adherence to safety policies and immediate reporting of any incidents
  • Willingness to participate in dealership and manufacturer training programs
  • Goal-oriented with a strategic approach to achieving personal sales targets
  • Maintenance of a strong prospect pipeline and customer follow-up system
  • Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
  • A sense of pride in your work and a desire to contribute to a collaborative, high-integrity team

What We Require:
