Job Description
Summary;
The eSales Agent is responsible for engaging with potential customers who inquire via phone, chat, or online platforms regarding new or pre-owned vehicles. The primary focus of this role is to convert inbound interest into qualified showroom appointments by delivering timely, accurate, and professional responses.
This position plays a key role in creating a strong first impression for the dealership. The eSales Agent is expected to provide a premium customer experience while using CRM and lead management tools to track and follow up with leads. Ongoing training in product knowledge, objection handling, and customer communication is provided.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inbound calls, chats, and internet inquiries
- Deliver accurate pricing, payment, and product information
- Schedule sales appointments and support lead conversion goals
- Manage follow-up communication through CRM tools
- Adhere to structured outreach cadence and response timelines
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, finance programs, and incentives
- Meet or exceed performance goals tied to appointments and sales outcomes
- Minimum 1 year call center or sales focused experience
- Able to set priorities, multi-task, and achieve goals
- Ability to perform in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous sales BDC experience
- Bi-lingual
Compensation (Hourly + Commission):
- $17.00 + / hour
Schedule:
- FULL TIME
- 5 days a week / 2 days off
- Saturday availability required
- Sundays off
