Job Description
Summary:
As a Tire Sales Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers visiting the service drive, offering expert tire recommendations, performing tire inspections, and driving tire sales to enhance the performance and safety of their vehicles.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their tire needs through consultation and vehicle inspection.
- Perform tire inspections and recommend replacements or repairs based on vehicle performance and safety - Inspect tire condition, tread depth, and wear patterns
- Sell tires to customers, offering a variety of tire options to meet their specific driving needs - Provide transparent pricing and recommendations
- Coordinate with service advisors and parts department for seamless sales
- Assist customers with the tire selection process, including compatibility with their vehicle and performance requirements.
- Manage tire inventory and coordinate with the service team for timely tire installations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships to encourage repeat business.
- 1+ years of experience in tire sales, tire shops, or automotive service environments.
- Confident communicator with basic automotive knowledge
- Proven ability to sell products or services, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Comfortable inspecting vehicles and making professional recommendations
- High energy, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.
Compensation:
- Salary plus Commission
Schedule:
- FULL TIME
- 5 days a week / 2 days off
- Sundays off
