Job Description

  • Support inventory and accounting operations by assisting with the timely processing of new inventory Bills of Lading (BOLs), dealer trades, wholesale purchases, and street purchases.
  • Manage documentation and records to ensure accurate tracking and organization of vehicle inventories, aiding in efficient deal processing and compliance with DMV requirements.
  • Conduct physical inventory audits to maintain precise inventory counts and assist in tracking inventory movements across locations.
  • Collaborate with staff accountants to streamline workflows, minimize backlog, and support high-volume accounting and clerical needs, adapting to fluctuating volume demands.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure accurate and timely completion of all required documentation, supporting seamless operational functions for inventory and staff accounting.
  • 1+ years of experience handling inventory documentation, records management, or related administrative support in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and any relevant inventory or accounting software.
  • Proven ability to maintain accurate records, audit physical inventory, and manage a high volume of documentation with precision.
  • Experience prioritizing tasks effectively to manage high volumes, meet deadlines, and prevent workflow backlog.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.

Compensation (Hourly):

  • $26.00 - $30.00 / hour

*The Clerical Admin Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.  Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $26.00 to $30.00 / hour*

 

Schedule:

  • FULL TIME
  • 5 days / 2 days off
  • May require some weekend work based on business needs on the first and/or last week of the month (must be open to a Saturday or Sunday once a month)
