Job Description

Summary

The Service BDC Agent is responsible for generating service appointments with customers that contact the dealership via the internet to schedule or inquire about service repairs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a premium customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate and courteous manner.
  • Use lead management tools, CRM software and the internet to manage inquiry flow, update customer files, and closely track customer interest.
  • Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM.
  • Generate and schedule service appointments.
  • Compile all necessary reports, forms and other documentation on a timely basis
  • Will be trained to understand all products and services offered, will become knowledgeable of inventory as well as financing and incentive programs.
  • Previous experience in either a high-volume call center environment or experience scheduling appointments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills over the phone.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.

Compensation (Hourly):

  • $18 / hour

*The BDC Agent position has a pay scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include base hourly compensation of eighteen dollars an hour.*

Part-Time:

  • 20 to 30 hours a week
  • 3x days a week
  • Must have availability between Monday through Saturday
  • Off on Sundays
