Job Description
Summary:
As a Master Nissan Certified Technician, you will be a crucial member of our service team, responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Nissan vehicles to the highest standards. Your expertise and certification will play a key role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers and the efficient operation of our service department.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and address issues with Nissan vehicles.
- Perform routine maintenance and complex repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, and other vehicle systems.
- Maintain up-to-date Master Nissan Certification and stay informed about the latest advancements in Nissan automotive technology.
- Ensure compliance with Nissan's technical specifications and repair procedures.
- Work efficiently to complete repairs within established timeframes.
- Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair details and timelines to customers.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections to ensure all repairs meet or exceed industry and Nissan standards.
- Address any issues or discrepancies promptly.
- Interact with customers to discuss vehicle issues, explain recommended repairs, and provide accurate cost estimates.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and customer-centric manner.
- Document all diagnostic and repair activities accurately.
- Complete repair orders and maintain detailed records of services performed.
Required Qualifications:
- Master Nissan Certification.
- ASE Certified.
- Nissan Diesel Certification.
- Nissan EV Certification.
- 5+ years of proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably specializing in Nissan vehicles.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Excellent knowledge of automotive systems, components, and repair procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday (7:30am - 5pm)
Bonus Compensation:
- Up to $10,000 bonus (depending on experience)
