Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Inventory Specialist / Photographer to join our team in Puyallup, Washington. The Inventory Specialist is responsible for data entry, inventory photography, and photo editing. The Inventory Specialist will photograph the vehicles for sale on the lots, post-process and upload the photos onto the website, and complete other duties as assigned. The camera and computer workstation will be supplied along with any other equipment necessary.

What You'll Do:

  • Photographing and editing inventory and posting completed/approved photos on the website
  • Data management (input and delete inventory)
  • Provides timely and accurate reports as required
  • Has knowledge of current in stock inventory
  • Helps with vehicle inventory control and maintains accurate records
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, and promotions
  • Tracks sold vehicles
  • Drives vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed
  • Moves vehicles from various locations
  • Coordinates and works with coworkers and team members
  • Follows all safety and security procedures
  • Provides administrative assistance as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

  • College degree in a relevant field, but not mandatory
  • Basic Photoshop Knowledge
  • Experience with photography or in a similar role a plus
  • Valid driver's license
  • Able to drive various styles and sizes of automobiles including manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • General vehicle knowledge
  • Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Highly productive with minimal supervision
  • Communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the company
  • Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
