Job Description

Summary:

The Treasury Director is responsible for managing the Company’s cash flow, banking, investing and financing activities to ensure protection of cash and liquidity while evaluating the most effective and efficient use of capital. 

This includes preparing and updating annual and long-term cash flow forecast for the Company.  Forecast and monitor compliance with the Company's financial covenants.  Manage relationships with all of the Company's creditors. Administer the Company’s interest rate hedging activities.  Create lender, rating agency and Board of Director presentations.  Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis for the Treasurer.

Essential Functions:

  • Forecast cash flows for the Company through complex Excel models and OneStream
  • Coordinate with other departments a strategic plan for use of free cash flow
  • Provide DCF analysis on capital investments and acquisition returns
  • Negotiate, coordinate and execute financing transactions (includes management of existing Credit Facilities, Floorplan, Mortgages, Letters of Credit and Public Debt)
  • Communicate investment principals to Company personal during cross-functional initiatives and meetings
  • Preparation and/or review of cash position and short and long-term cash forecasts
  • Forecast and monitor compliance with the Company’s financial covenants
  • Manage and positively influence relationships with Company’s lenders and rating agencies
  • Monitor derivatives policy and recommend interest rate derivative transactions
  • Preparation of Board of Directors and senior management presentations
  • Identifies cost-saving and profit maximizing opportunities
  • Manages real estate portfolio and financings
  • Manages process and procedure documentation for dealerships and corporate activities
  • Manage treasury department team of 1.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related business program
  • MBA and or CTP preferred
  • 5+ years Treasury experience preferred
  • OneStream experience preferred
  • Effective relationship management and communication skills are essential
  • Works collaboratively and successfully influences
  • Accepts and manages change

Compensation:  $150k + 15% bonus

Travel: Up to 25% of the time
