Job Description
Our Roadside Service Technician will assist our customers with mechanical breakdowns as a mobile service in the Greater Atlanta area. Transportation, equipment and tools will be provided by the dealership.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive assignments and travel to customers to provide assistance
- Perform repair work with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
- Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
- If unable to repair, provide assistance in getting the car back to the dealership.
Qualifications:
- Must have excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers
- ASE or manufacturing training.
- Jaguar Land Rover Experience required.
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.
