Job Description:

We are currently looking for a full-time Receptionist for this location. This is an entry level position, and candidates MUST be able to work days, evenings, and weekends (majority of shifts are evenings and weekends). 

What You’ll Do:

• Greets all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
• Manages inbound phone inquiries and routes calls accordingly
• Answers the multi-line phone system
• Coordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel
• Provides clerical support, such as typing, filing, copying, data entry, and record keeping
• Handles customer complaints or escalates when necessary
• Provides administrative assistance as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience in a similar position a plus (administrative, clerical, call center, customer service, etc.)
• Weekend and evening availability A MUST
• Experience/skills with a multi-line phone system and filing
• Proficient computer and internet skills
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• High level of professionalism
• Strong organization skills and able to prioritize and multi-task, including filing
• Dedication to punctuality and attendance is vital
• Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
