Lube Technician in Puyallup, WA at Northwest Motorsport

Job Description

The Lube Technician performs a variety of maintenance procedures, multi-point inspections, installations and parts replacements on dealership inventory and customer vehicles. 

What You'll Do:

• Conducts multi-point inspections
• Conducts oil level checks and inspects vehicles for oil leaks
• Refills vehicle fluid levels as needed
• Conducts replacements of batteries, wiper blades, motor and transmission oil and brake fluid as needed
• Maintains vehicle records by recording service and repairs
• Lubricates wheel bearings
• Provides excellent customer service
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading technical publications
• Follows all safety and security procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work productively in a fast-paced team environment
• Highly professional and dependable
• Must possess the ability to deliver quality results
• Formal experience in performing multi-point inspections and oil/fluid changes
• Consistently able to meet deadlines
• Reliable attendance record
• High school diploma or GED required
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
• Dedication to punctuality and attendance is vital
• Highly productive with minimal supervision
• Physically able to perform all job duties with or without accommodation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
