Baytown Ford offers a $5,000 bonus for Ford Certified Technicians and a $10,000 signing bonus for Senior Master technicians. Earn up to $45.00 per hour based upon your certifications and experience.
Job Description
The Service Technician is responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy,
· Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
· Notify service adviser if additional work is needed or required.
· Document work performed.
· Attend factory-sponsored training classes.
Qualifications:
· ASE or manufacturing training.
· Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
· A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Ford automotive technician.
· Applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and have a valid driver license.
