Job Description

The Administrative Assistant supports the Vice President, Director and department will needed daily, weekly, monthly reporting, coordinating and scheduling of meeting and activities, assisting with new hires, payroll and other projects as needed

 Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Create and distribute daily, weekly, monthly reports.
  • Assist in the review of bi-weekly timecards, corrections and submissions to Payroll for GEC Agents
  • Create a monthly calendar of activities for the GEC, oversee and remind GEC Agents of participation and results
  • Assist in the set up and ordering of equipment for New Hires
  • Create new hire system setups
  • Assist in preparing our Monthly Operating Review presentations
  •  Assist in preparing and distributing reports to dealership General Managers
  • Assist in scheduling meetings,  documenting meeting minutes and to dos
  • Assist in month end bonus validations for agents
  • Assist in printing & shipping items for remote employees
  • Coordinate travel for GEC team members
  • Assist various departments with special projects as needed.
  • Will have at least 1-year of experience with administrative duties in a professional business environment.
  • Must be a motivated self-starter able to work effectively with all departments with limited supervision.
  • Must have intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Must have intermediate Power Point skills
  • Must be punctual, with solid time-management skills.
  • High School Diploma.

  • All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
  • All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.
