Job Description
Purpose: The Dealership Maintenance Professional is responsible for general overall housekeeping. This individual must clean and maintain all areas of the dealership facility while demonstrating professional personal behavior. Duties and Responsibilities: · Clean and maintain all areas of dealership facility. · Clean shop floors and shop benches on a continuous basis and pressure clean floors three (3) times per week. · Clean bathrooms completely, monitor all chemicals, soap, and papers and to report to management when it is time to reorder; inspect parking lot areas and service floors to keep them free of trash and debris. · Inspect and clean showroom and offices on a dally basis and to vacuum appropriate areas. · Inspect walls and doors of dealership facility and repair, clean, or paint when appropriate. Other Duties: · Demonstrate professional personal behavior. · Conduct oneself in a manner that brings credit to the dealership 100% of the time. · Dress in a manner in accordance with the policy of the dealership. · Help build a positive image in relationships with fellow employees.
Qualifications: · High School Diploma · All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA · All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner · All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license It's time to make the most important move of your career.
