We’re looking to fill a Sr. Accountant role that will report directly to the Accounting Manager and Vice President of Business Operations assisting with various accounting, treasury, and finance activities. Candidates should possess a level of professional and intellectual curiosity as well as a desire to be a part of, and add value to, the driversselect tribe.   Job Responsibilities Responsibilities will include performing accounting functions as assigned including, but not limited to:
  • Assisting to the month-end close process
  • GL account reconciliations
  • Handling positive pay exceptions
  • Preparing journal entries
  • Acting as a back-up for duties assigned to other Senior Accountants (payables, receivables, payroll, etc.)
  • Assist in preparation of monthly management reports and accompanying schedules, worksheets and narratives, including variance reports and assisting in providing follow-up explanation and analysis of significant variances
  • Assist with completion of the annual financial review and all regulatory audits
Education/Experience
  • Minimum of two years of accounting experience
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Automotive dealership experience would be a plus
