The Call Center Reporting Analyst is responsible for reviewing, auditing, and collecting data.  The Reporting Analyst is also responsible for CRM data integrity for a select set of dealerships and/or brands.  This position will help identify opportunities for improvements based on data collected and reported.
Essential Functions
1.       Performs reporting, budgeting, auditing, and analysis activities within Sonic Automotive proprietary software.
2.       Execution of daily, weekly and monthly sales performance reports generated using data within CRM. 
3.       Maintain CRM database consistency by completing merges, reviewing sold logs and auditing Guest Experience Agent opportunities.
4.       Must have extremely high proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
5.       Strong experience in data mining, analysis, and providing insights internally in a simple format.
6.       Ability to create and deliver ad hoc reports
7.       Possess strong analytical skills with high attention to details.
8.       A solid candidate must be self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks.
9.       Understanding of business process improvement
10.   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
