Annual Salary Range:
$40k-$150k based on commission
90-day guarantee at $3K/month for new hires while you train
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance by meeting dealership standards for gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs, demonstrate vehicles, and ensure customer satisfaction through comprehensive delivery and explanation of features and warranties.
- Develop and maintain a prospect and follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Stay current with inventory, vehicle features, and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- Collaborate with service departments to ensure timely vehicle reconditioning.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Understand and comply with federal, state, and local laws governing retail auto sales.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Preferred:
- At least 1-3 years of automotive dealership sales experience.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards.
- CDJR brand and/or domestic brand experience.
Required:
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's license.
