Job Description

We are currently looking for a Finance Processor to join our 819 River Road Puyallup, WA team. The Finance Processor is responsible for the break down and processing of car deals, for processing and packaging retail contracts to lenders, for ensuring clean and accurate loan packages, and for other duties as assigned. Our ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail; the ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment; and excellent communication, administrative, organizational, and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

What You'll Do:

  • Processes and packages retail contracts to lenders
  • Examines contracts to ensure conformity to specified requirements and audits car deals for corporate documentation standards
  • Verifies all documents are signed and completed properly
  • Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
  • Manages all required paperwork and records and prepares documentation (forms, reports, etc.) when needed
  • Processes paperwork in a timely manner
  • Follows all established process and policies
  • Provides clerical support, such as typing, filing, copying, data entry, and record keeping
  • Provides administrative assistance as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • One year of experience in a similar position (administrative, clerical, call center, customer service, etc.)
  • Loan office experience a plus
  • Automotive dealer-level or large facility experience a plus
  • Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and interest in accuracy
  • Ability to operate and use keyboard and other standard office equipment
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written to interact professionally with customers, lenders, and co-workers
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as a member of a team
  • Consistently able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
