Job Description

Our sale professionals are responsible for delivering first class service to their clients by selling vehicles and meeting dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards. We expect you to have a strong drive to go above your own personal sales goals as this position includes four broad areas of activity: personal work habits, prospecting, selling, and follow-up. Key Responsibilities:

• Determine each customer’s vehicle needs and wants by conducting a proper needs assessment and demonstrating vehicles that fit the customer’s needs
• Conduct vehicle deliveries to customers according to the manufacturer’s guidelines. The delivery process ensures that the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, and it lays the foundation for customer loyalty
• Establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet/exceed those goals
• Maintain a thorough follow-up strategy for customers and work with showroom-ups to determine which vehicle fits their needs the best
• Ability to grow and adapt to the changes within the industry while also keeping abreast with incoming inventory, new features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers
• Attend sales meetings and training offered by the dealership and the manufacturer
• Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business.
• Introduce customers to service department personnel to emphasize to them the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealership’s service department
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor

• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Valid in-state driver’s license
• Availability for non-traditional hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic ability to operate a computer and iPad
• Friendly, outgoing and perceptive personality with a genuine and positive attitude
• Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards

• All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's license
