Job Description

Purpose:

 The Dealership Customer Experience Manager is a vital role within Porsche and is instrumental in continually delivering a “Truly Exceptional” guest experience. This unique position requires the right candidate to work all areas of the dealer to both identify and address areas of opportunity.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Promptly greet and assist service clients upon arrival to the dealership. Access the reason for the visit and assist the client by getting them where they need to be.

·         Continually check on waiting clients to ensure they have been assisted by walking through the facility and checking waiting areas for clients who are not with a service, sales, parts or finance advisor.

·         Ensure all customer facing areas are kept clean, stocked and well organized

·         Place follow-up calls to service clients from pervious days business. Document all calls in spreadsheet and email to Service Manager daily.

·         Work directly with advisors and service management to handle and resolve any outstanding customer issues or concerns to guarantee a truly exceptional service experience.

·         Assist with answering phone calls (phones should not ring more than two times.)

·         Utilize the “opportunities” tab in Passion Report to reach out to clients who are due for service, have open recalls or workshop campaigns, or are new to Momentum Porsches’ area of responsibility and schedule accordingly using X-Time. Document all calls, and subsequent appointments made, email spreadsheet daily.

·         Perform required duties during work hours. Which are documented above but not limited to.

·         Place orders for all amenities while staying within budget. Be prepared to report on budget for MOR.

·         Initiate staff participation in Excite! programs while reporting back to Management and PCNA for each Excite! moment.

·         Restock guest gifts as needed.

·         Maintain updated track of amenities inventory.

·         Plan all events on location and off working from budget to include contacting caterers, lighting, photographers, videographers, DJ, locations, entertainment, invitations, guest lists, etc.

·         Work with Tombras and Force for all social media posts and keep updated daily on pictures, deliveries and happenings involving dealerships and guest to be posted.

·         Work with Tombras and Force to have any needed invitations or announcements created within PCNA specifications.

·         Meet with all new possible hires to interview and discuss the guest experience.

·         Train all new reception staff.

·         Set up conference room for all trainings.

·         Be aware constantly of Sonic Playbook protocol and make sure it is being implemented in all departments.

·         Point out and address any areas of the property that needs addressing.

·         Assist in performing active deliveries and cashiering when advisors are not available.

·         Light duty clerical work when requested.
