Job Summary:
The Telecom Expense Manager is a key member of the Business Technology and Accounting teams.  The role is responsible for centralizing reporting and invoice management of wireless and wireline services.
Essential Functions:
•         Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with carriers and provide subject matter expertise in telecom contract agreements. 
•         Address billing issues and improve operational procedures and controls. 
•         Responsible for creating and maintaining inventory profiles for each company location that includes details on all telecommunication provisions at the location (Circuits, POTS lines, etc.).  Use carrier portals and internal solutions for effective inventory control at each dealership.  Work with Controllers at dealership to get copies of all telecom invoices, perform reviews and analysis for optimization on a quarterly basis. 
•         Work with Wireless TEM and to ensure correct billing and optimizations are achieved. Assist with optimizations and audits; drive savings through efficiencies; requires analysis of complex telecommunications expenditures against inventory and general investigation. 
•         Reporting KPI to identify opportunities for expense management.
•         Responsible for leading the effort to identify processes for both Mobility and Telecom.
Minimum Qualifications:
•         Strong knowledge of telecommunication technologies, mobile and landline pricing structures, contracts, and associated carrier billing. 
•         Strong customer service skills. 
•         Ability to analyze large amounts of data in order to translate the information to provide business insight. 
•         Excellent problem solving skills; ability to think outside of the box and be creative as needed.  Ability to improve/streamline processes to align with continuous improvement activities. 
•         Ability to function in a fast-paced environment. 
•         Ability to multi-task and maintain positive delivery.
Desired Experience:
•         3-5 years prior telecom expense management experience.
•         4 year degree desired.
